Explanation for removal of the Footnotes header: Fuma does this implicitly under the page, so duplicating it not only looks terrible but breaks inpage hyperlinks.
Explanation for callout type changes: Nextra's default was "idea" and what we used as default, Fuma's is "info" which we only used for special callouts.
