Needs accompanying custom protocol integration doc and the current list a coin doc must be updated with links to both of these docs

Also, Cosmos coins don't need to support HTLC and I think for any protocol we should have some test coverage on our CI (doing basic wallet and swap operations, etc.). This helps for 2 things:

  • Knowing how stable their network is. (we may also consider dropping the support on ones that are often unstable)
  • Catch the breaking changes as soon as possible.

Comment from onur about integrating infra stability tests in CI. we do have an infra status checker maintained by @smk762 . though not sure if we are tracking uptime
