Contributing to the Donation Tracker
Description of the Change
Two new things:
Allow creation of Twitch donations via the donate endpoint assuming proper permissions. This requires an external process with appropriate permissions, and we will not be providing an example, at least not at this time.
This also means that Donors can be assigned a Twitch user id, as the Twitch donation payload provides the user id but not their email. Hopefully in the future we can allow Donors to sign in via the Twitch flow.
Allow attaching bids to donations via the API. This is needed because the Twitch charity tool flow sends the donation payload completely bare and we will need an external step to attach the incentives afterwards.
Verification Process
