More work on sky stuff

Add a try thing the next_vector. The original sky plugin can generate some bad values that cause the importer to give out an error

Add all the UI items used by the original plugin. Not everything does stuff atm. Should probably hide it behind export mode.

Get rid of bandaid fix for sun rotation
