Don't manage an external dependency, we still need to be able to build without gradle.
We need a path that is writable by shell on Android 4. Genymobile#98 (comment)
Looper is inferred from HandlerThread on which the SurfaceTexture constructor is called. We call the constructor on `handler`, which is what we want.
Mimic current Android Studio defaults.
