Digitransit v2 and bugfix release

• switch to using Digitransit v2 API (v1 shuts down in April)
• order bus lines on stops correctly, and remove duplicate lines
• fix train stations to show up as train stations, as their ids changed since last release
• do not show OSM bus stop shelters on the map as fire shelters ("shelter": "public_transport")
• switch to docker compose v2
• fix Lipas test not to use feature that no longer exists in Lipas
• fix mypy and eslint versions not to cause code style errors
• add logging when refreshing materialized views in database
