What

Implements #961, with implementations mostly copied over from MCTian-mi/SussyPatches#27.
Glass vials, universal cells (not including the normal one), and all large cells would have dynamic textures based on how much fluid they contain.

Implementation Details

FluidCellModelDispatcher was added to manage the models of cells. Lots of assets are added.
