Keeping as draft, there's a small regression that will need backporting and also some tests will need updated baselines. I won't have time to manage it this week, maybe next week.

gst-plugins-rs now requires edition 2024.

There are several regressions, I started a gardening patch on WebKit/WebKit#59702 (still need to check debug builds).

Yes, let's wait 1.28.2 because that will include a regression fix from Vivienne.
