Dockerfile installs msmtp when INSTALL_MSMTP=1 and detects apk, apt, or dnf
Writes zz-msmtp.ini in the PHP conf dir to set sendmail_path to msmtp using MAIL_HOST, MAIL_PORT, and MAIL_FROM, and clears mail.force_extra_parameters
