Note this bump of SparseConnectivityTracer. I don't know the consequences, but it was required at some point (since ADNLPModels has 1.0)

@tmigot This also requires a new release (0.8) of NLPModelsModifiers, a new release (0.11) of NLPModelsTest, and a new release (0.9) of ADNLPModels
