These were built for the old kos-ports paradigm and hard-coded relative paths presuming you are building in the kos-ports folder. Updated to use the env var to find that folder.
Ensure appropriate extra newline and comment for the header guard endif.
Additionally rearranged includes to ensure we weren't accidentally still importing arch/types.h through kos.h.

Just a bunch of codebase health and maintenance updates. Most of these cleanups were done repo-wide to the main repo long ago.
