Update to 1.21.8

A few notes:

• It is a little buggy, elder trident doesn't really work, and guardian trident is a whole 'nother situation 😭 (working on a fix)
• I needed a texture for the Trident Upgrade Smithing Template, so I took the Netherite one, and recolored it to use the Tide color palette (although I could see it looking cool will coral and stuff growing on it)
• I didn't port Sincere Loyalty ([might start] working on it)
• I didn't use the Chenille plugin (I will switch over if asked, ig?)
