Completely redesigned GUI. More modern.

Added multiprocessing to quickly process groups of images.

Added an option to choose whether to delete the original image or not.

The original image is no longer deleted if the conversion fails, even if the delete checkbox is selected.

Conversions to jpeg format are blocked if the original image has a transparent background.
