Update the Luvit module to latest release branch. This PR is triggered by a luvit-meta release.

In this update the following has changed:

  • brought uv to a more up-to-date status with luv module upstream (still work to be done)
  • added support for Discordia Luvit library, this is the most used library in Luvit, would've loved if it was its own addon but it requires luvit-meta definitions so for now it is here.
  • fixed ustring to use proper @operator tags.
