Multi-echo fMRI: OHBM 2026

This contains materials related to tedana and multi-echo fMRI presented at the Organization for Human Brain Mapping 2026 Annual Meeting

This is a place to centralize multi-echo related content at OHBM 2026. If you see or have a poster or presentation using multi-echo fMRI, submit a pull request or comment on issue #1 to have it added.

Form to share multi-echo fMRI studies and data

We are maintaining a curated list of openly shared multi-echo fMRI datasets at https://me-ica.github.io/open-multi-echo-data/ and may start compiling a list of in-progress large-scale multi-echo fMRI studies that are not yet public.

If your studies are not currently listed, please fill out this form.

We also have a continuously outdated list of publications using multi-echo fMRI here. Adding publications and details about existing publications is weclome!

Multi-echo fMRI book

We are working on an interactive book to support multi-echo fMRI education. It is still a work-in-progress, but there is hopefully a lot of useful content already there. We welcome readers and contributors.

Full day multi-echo educational course at OHBM 2026!
