Issue #811 missing surface altitude

Adding the qrparm ancils seems to fix this, the variables list mentioned in the original issue all seem to now be producing data. I also added ocean_byte_masks_HH.nc to the ocean section as that's in the ancil_testing folder, and ocean_byte_masks.nc is in the adjacent UKCM2 model so i'm guessing its worth adding?

Also noticed qrparm.orog.pp is not in the ancil_filenames for UKCM2, so perhaps i should add it there as well?

I'm happy with this change, but the inclusion of the orography ancillary is not something I expect everywhere -- I presume this is because the data itself is missing this field for this model
