Overview
Adds Robinhood chain (eip155:4663) coverage by registering a large set of ERC-20 metadata entries (names, symbols, decimals, logo paths), including Robinhood-branded equities/ETFs, stablecoins, WETH, and community tokens.

Introduces canonicalHead labels so native ETH (slip44:60) and chain WETH map to their Ethereum mainnet counterparts for cross-chain identity. Replaces the chain slip44:60 SVG with the standard Ethereum diamond artwork (previously chain-specific branding).

Also corrects Ethena USDe symbol casing on eip155:999 from USDE to USDe.
