Is Windows Spotlight enabled on Windows 10 by default?

When you freshly install Windows 10 doesn't appear. You need to update it to the lastest and it will switch automatically if you havent touched the pers. settings or you have the windows 10 def. wallpaper.
Replaced _ with - and added windows 10 wallpaper thing

Failed because it has a link to a non-existent image. Fixing it soon. Apart from that, I hope tomorrow to open the PR for getting reviews |

You don't need to specify the Windows version since the Themes is in the same directory on both Windows 10 and 11.

Avoid using uppercase when naming an image file. You can rename it bing-wallpaper-website.png.
I forgot to mention yesterday that this thing got responded, so there isn't anymore that impediment. |
