Description
This pull request updates the metadata and reasoning for the
CC-BY-NC-4.0license JSON file to improve accuracy and clarity. The main changes include reordering and expanding the lists of conditions and limitations, clarifying the reasoning for each permission and restriction, and ensuring verbatim references to the license text.Metadata improvements:
