Description

This pull request updates the CC-BY-SA-4.0.json license metadata to provide a more comprehensive and detailed description of the license's permissions, conditions, limitations, and tags. It also adds explicit reasoning for each permission, condition, and limitation.

Enhancements to license metadata:

  • Expanded the permissions, conditions, and tags arrays to include additional relevant items such as data-use, create-adaptations, attribution, non-endorsement, license-linking, share-alike, copyleft:strong, domain:data, and domain:mixed.
  • Reordered and clarified items in the limitations and tags arrays for better accuracy and completeness.

Addition of reasoning:

  • Added a new reasons object that provides detailed explanations (with section references) for each permission, condition, and limitation, improving transparency and traceability of the metadata.

removed the same-license condition because share-alike already encompasses this. It is the same with all the existing cc-sa licenses
