Description
This pull request updates the ODbL-1.0 license metadata to provide a more comprehensive and accurate representation of its permissions, conditions, limitations, and tags. It also adds detailed reasoning for each classification, referencing specific sections of the license text.
License metadata improvements:
permissions,conditions, andlimitationsarrays to include additional relevant items such asdata-use,create-adaptations,attribution,share-alike,license-linking, andlicense-incompatibility, reflecting the full scope of the ODbL-1.0 license.tagsarray to includecopyleft:strong, reordered tags for clarity, and ensured all relevant tags are present.Documentation enhancements:
