Description
This pull request updates the PDDL-1.0 license metadata to provide a more comprehensive and accurate representation of its permissions, limitations, and tags. It also adds detailed reasoning for each classification, referencing specific sections of the license text.
License metadata improvements:
permissionsandlimitationsarrays to include additional relevant items such ascommercial-use,modifications,distribution,private-use,data-use,create-adaptations,trademark-use,patent-use,liability,warranty, anddatabase-rights-disclaimed, reflecting the full scope of the PDDL-1.0 license.tagsarray to includecopyleft:none,license:public-domain, andspdx:fsf-free, reordered tags for clarity, and ensured all relevant tags are present.Documentation enhancements:
