This pull request provides a significant and much-needed overhaul of the README.md and README_cn.md files, improving structure, clarity, and adding up-to-date information and badges. The new layout is more professional and easier to navigate. However, I've identified a few areas for improvement. Some crucial information regarding node preparation and the upgrade process has been removed, which could negatively impact user experience. There are also some incorrect links in the Chinese README and minor typos/formatting issues in both files. Addressing these points will make the documentation even better.
