PR#6 - Some fixes for jet reconstruction

• update values in LCTupleConf.h
• add in TrackBranches track hit subdetector
• add in TrackerHitBranches hit subdetector
• fix a bug in JetBranches

PR#7 - fix njet branch name

• Fix branch name from nj to njet, to be consistent between the branchname and leaflist fields in TTree::Branch(), and to match style used by other "number" branches
