Adds JetBrains IDE-generated project files to .gitignore.
The repository already ignores local editor/tooling metadata such as .vscode/, .cursor/, .claude/, .codex/, .agents/, and .mcp/. This keeps RustRover/IntelliJ/CLion project files out of the working tree.
