Number of unique peptides per protein

- Describe the feature:

Dear FragPipe team I have been analysing label free data generated using your platform the last few years and I miss a column in the "combined_protein.tsv" with the number of unique peptides identified per protein. This suprises me because the number of unique peptides is reported in the "protein.tsv" file generated for every sample included in the analysis but then are not taken into account when building the "combined_protein.tsv".

Could this feature be implemented in FragPipe soon or it is a feature already implemented that I have not seen?
