Hello, I am trying to analyze timsTOF data from Bruker and I get the following error message:
Does not support scan modes: 9 (DIA) from file_name.d
I read some similar issues, but I am using DIA_SpecLib_Quant_diaPASEF workflow (I also tried with DIA_SpecLib_Quant_Phospho_diaPASEF) and the error message keep appearing.

It is a know bug and has been fixed. Please send an email to yufeATumich.edu (replace AT with @) if you want to try the pre-released version.
