Deprecate the dynamic types and duck code

Support for dynamic types and type "duck tale" code will be removed in NetOffice 1.8 2.0.

Types to remove from "duck tales" code:

• DuckTypeGenerator
• DuckInterface
• GetDuckVariantEnumeratorAsProperty()
• IFactoryInfo.IsDuck

Types to remove from dynamics support code:

• COMDynamicObject
• COMDynamicObjectExpandableObjectConverter
• COMDynamicMetaObject
• DynamicObjectEntity

These types will be remove in the 2.0 release to match the semver semantics as this is a breaking change in the API.
