Things done

The first commit adds support for builds on ARM Linux and Darwin (I kept this one separate so that I can backport it). Regarding the second commit, the man page itself says (source)

This manual page is obsolete and no longer maintained. Please read the full documentation running XaoS. You can start it typing 'xaos'. (Press 'h' to get into the help system.)

so I don't see a point in packaging it. I also added strictDeps and __structuredAttrs while I was at it.
