This PR add mcphub-nvim

note: this tool need a node-js bin mcp-hub
i made it to compile with it and use it internally with npins, so no need for the user to install it
but the user can change it with options

nix run .#maximal using mcphub-nvim with avante-nvim:

mcphub.mp4

nix run .#maximal let avante enable the needed tool and use it :

mcphub_enable_tool.mp4
