haskell-tools.nvim supports configuring lsp through
vim.lsp.haskell-tools table. Add it as a separate
option of possible language servers
Some of the LSP configuration is common for both
`haskell-tools` and `hls`. Make them consistent with
attrset updates.
To maintain backwards compatiblity, haskell-tools is
now the default lsp.
DAP is currently configured with haskell-tools, which
causes haskell-tools languages server to also be enabled.
