Migrate all unit tests to TUnit #453

This commit migrates all unit tests from xUnit and MSTest to TUnit. This includes: - Updating all test projects to be TUnit-compatible console applications. - Removing references to xUnit, MSTest, and Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk. - Adding a reference to the TUnit metapackage. - Migrating all test classes and methods to use TUnit attributes and assertions. - Migrating xUnit AssemblyFixture's to be TUnit compatible.

This PR migrates all unit tests from xUnit and MSTest to TUnit, following the official TUnit migration guides and .NET unit testing best practices. The Aspire-based xUnit AssemblyFixture's have been successfully migrated to a TUnit-compatible approach.
