This PR migrates all unit tests from xUnit and MSTest to TUnit, following the official TUnit migration guides and .NET unit testing best practices. The Aspire-based xUnit AssemblyFixture's have been successfully migrated to a TUnit-compatible approach.

This commit migrates all unit tests from xUnit and MSTest to TUnit.

- Updating all test projects to be TUnit-compatible console applications.
- Removing references to xUnit, MSTest, and Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk.
- Adding a reference to the TUnit metapackage.
- Migrating all test classes and methods to use TUnit attributes and assertions.
- Migrating xUnit AssemblyFixture's to be TUnit compatible.
