gplots in Metabo workflow not compatible with shipped R bins on Win #105
Description
The binaries shipped with the R Win binaries plugin are version 3.0.1.
gplots is not compatible with it. As seen in preparation of the EBI 2017 workshop.
Either remove this dependency (preferred) or update install instructions to setup an own R installation on Win (basically all platforms then).
