Dev pilot

To use a development version of the pilot on a test queue, one needs to add, or update, the pilot_url parameter in the "Associated Params"-section on a queue page in CRIC. By convention, the tarball of a dev pilot is typically named pilot3-A.B.C.D.tar.gz (where the A.B.C.D are the version numbers).
