Using this link https://github.com/search?q=repo%3AParticular%2Fdocs.particular.net+Core_7+path%3A%2F%5Esamples%5C%2F%2F&type=code&p=1 I found all the samples that had a version of the sample for NServiceBus 7 and delete them as it is out of regular support.
I also updated a link that was pointing to the version 7 of the docs.
Keep in mind that this doesn't remove all the samples that reference NServiceBus 7, but just the ones we could delete easily.
