### Installing MONAIViz Plugin

### Install Plugin in Developer Mode

- Make sure [the `PyTorch` utility](https://github.com/fepegar/SlicerPyTorch) is installed via the 3D slicer extensions manager
- Make sure `monai` is installed (Slicer Python Console: `import pip; pip.main(['install', 'monai[itk, nibabel]'])`)
- `git clone [email protected]:Project-MONAI/SlicerMONAIViz.git`
- Open 3D Slicer: Go to **Edit** -> **Application Settings** -> **Modules** -> **Additional Module Paths**
- Add New Module Path: _<FULL_PATH>_/SlicerMONAIViz/MONAIViz
