What if the network, web server, or database is down?

There are two hard-coded cards, linked to member #1985, known affectionately as "the God Card", and portrayed by Morgan Freeman. We considered using the "Trump Card" but we just couldn't face the horror. A god-card is always on site and available to the directors. Big-Version-2 will do more caching.
