Motivation
This PR adds hash functions to Provable.tools. This allows users to choose between all variants of the hash functions and input field elements or bytes as input. This demonstrates basic functionality, but it should be extended to being able to create arbitrary Aleo datatypes
This should be extended to allow users to create hashes of arbitrary inputs.
