Contribute

Do you have data to contribute to the Cell Cycle Browser? We are currently working on an interface to allow you to upload annotated data. In the meantime, you may contact ccb@renci.org for more information on how to submit your data.

If you want to participate in code development for the Cell Cycle Browser, refer to our code repo here https://github.com/RENCI/CellCycleBrowser. You can create Pull Requests to have your code contributions reviewed and merged. Use the code from GitHub according to the terms of the New BSD Open Source license.
