@nlMeminger Late to follow up, but let's start discussing this!
This is a good base. But we should try to be more specific and detailed about some of the responsibilities. We want someone to read this and have a clear idea of what it means to help as a sysadmin (even if we haven't done the best job of doing this so far).
Some of the key responsibilities I see are…
- Maintaining server security and applying system updates
- Performing upgrades on Minecraft server software and plugins
- Managing configurations for plugins in use on the server
- Provide direct support to user with technical difficulties
