check buildfiles/cmake/ConfigureCompiler.cmake for compile options based on arch.
Also, the openal will fail when targeting the newer fmt, 11.2.
It is best to use the targeted submodule with fmt 11.1 or target a newer commit for compatibility with 11.2.
PR #17579 builds 2 versions of Windows clang, but I had trouble with the AVX512 runtime on clang-cl.
