Adding icons for visualizing the flip horizontal and flip vertical functionality of image preview in a web app. The suggested solution matches the style and line type of the other icons in this icon set.

Relates to #650

Thank you for your PR. I can redraw it and help you improve it, and add the -fill version. Then we will see how to merge it into our process. You can keep this PR open for now.

Thanks @xiaochunjimmy, I've added a suggestion for -fill versions too.

Ah!,
This will help illustrate the process in action with a concrete example related to the current discussion.

So, let's generate some new tags for the "flip horizontal" and "flip vertical" functionalities. We don't have specific icon names, so we'll focus on the concepts themselves:

Concept: Flip Horizontal

Current Implicit Tags: flip, horizontal, image, preview, web app (from context)

New Tags:

mirror, side, left, right, axis, invert, reflect, across, level, width, landscape, layout, transform, edit, modify, adjust, direction, orientation, visual, graphic, interface, ui, ux, design, tool, function, action, effect, presentation, display
Concept: Flip Vertical

Current Implicit Tags: flip, vertical, image, preview, web app (from context)

New Tags:

upside down, top, bottom, axis, invert, reflect, up, down, height, portrait, layout, transform, edit, modify, adjust, direction, orientation, visual, graphic, interface, ui, ux, design, tool, function, action, effect, presentation, display
These new tags aim to be descriptive, associative, and diverse, covering the visual representation and potential uses of these functionalities within a web application's image preview.
