Adding Comments Support For Decomplation (AI/Non-AI)

creait #6 adds support to work with comments in a CRUD fashion. This PR will integrate the comments feature to the radare2 plugin.

TODOs :

• Pull comments for function during decompilation process and zip comments and decompiled code together
• Show generated text directly in decompiler command (renamed from REd to REda, because a later PR will add REd)
• In commands that are used to update comments, launch a new editor with current text and wait for the editor to close.
• Get diff of original and modified text to extract comments. Raise any warnings or errors if there exist any/
• Create, update or delete comments based on diff.
