feat(RevenueCatUI): evaluate state conditions in the override resolver (PWENG-57)

• Evaluates state_condition in the override resolver, with type-aware comparison.
• Missing key falls back to the declared default. Undeclared key never applies the override.
• Component call sites still pass empty state for now. Wiring the live store through to them comes later with the first component (Tab).
