Originally partially fixed this issue in this PR (#211)
There are apparently two methods that validate whether a rtp location is in a square. That's kinda weird. I fixed the first method in my PR from a year ago, now I've fixed this other one.
Quadrants logic is bulky as well as flawed in that it repeats the mistakes that were once in the
isInSquaremethod.
