Checke whether the v3 metric dashboard usage endpoint is available in the latest stable SigNoz release.
For metric usage checks, we should consider querying/merging v3 with the existing v2 endpoint if we want Perses/v2 dashboard references to be covered. |

Migrate dashboard tools from the v1 API to the v2 Perses API (
/api/v2/dashboards,schema
v6). v2 validates server-side, so the server becomes a pass-through and the v1local-validation stack is removed.
