Description
Adds a stupid line of text to the lobby that is randomized every round, but is the same for all players.
There is no point to it, I just wanted to make something silly.
Also added a
RANDOM(args)function to call inside .ftl files that randomly picks one of the provided arguments. Ignores named arguments.splash_text.enabledserverside CVar to enable/disable it.Media
