There's a bunch of changes from the past but here's a run-down of the most recent changes

bugfix - PowerShell having a bit of a whinge

implement the New-Release script to create releases from inside Visual Studio
moved Initialize-Shimmer into the Install.ps1 script so a user doesn't have to remember to do it
dropped dependency on ReactiveUI for Shimmer package

implement the Inititalize-Shimmer script to setup a project for Shimmer
