[Enhancement] supprt incompatible avro schema (backport #57296)

Why I'm doing:

For avro hive table, avro schema could be separated from avro file.

Avro schema could be defined in the field SerDe.avro.schema.url.

If avro schema and hive table schema is incompatible, then we will get error message like
