Expand the Health Checks section in main.md with the full result-state table (success/loading/disabled/starting/waiting/failure), the built-in sdk.healthCheck helpers (checkPortListening, checkWebUrl, runHealthScript), and the new statusTrigger with per-status polling intervals.
